An impressive Rice dish layered with Chicken, Seafood, Spanish Dried-Chorizo and Vegetables slowly simmered in Chicken Stock, White Wine, and Spanish Saffron. OLE! (Vegetarian option upon request)
Our Paellas are made right before you pick them up or it doesn’t have to be Summer to enjoy a delicious Paella catering!
Chef Paula can make your paella at her kitchen, at your kitchen, your backyard or if it’s cold or winter she can make it in the garage.
We bring everything needed to make the Paella outdoors (paella pan, gas burner and stand) or indoors (paella pan and we will use your stove) and of course, we will bring all the ingredients needed.
$32 Per person plus $150.00 Chef Flat Fee (on-site) Minimum 8 guests for pickup or 10 guests on-site.
Red Wine Sangria
Bursting with sparkling flavor, Chef Paula’s Godmother’s Cristina recipe is a delicious, clean, and fresh version of Sangria made with seasonal apples, orange and grapes.
This Sangria provides a beautiful contrast, and the perfect Paella pairing.
