I would say the experience was completely collaborative, the ideas and recipes were original, creative and delicious. Paula lit up the stage when featured at the International Food and Wine show in Toronto.  It was a pleasure to work with chef Paula, she was professional and has a great talent to adapt to many business requests and bring her own flare to every recipe and presentation.
